OMG. DOWN ARROW AGAIN!!! WOOOOPP THERE IT IS!

Started my day with 15 mins of HIIT from a YouTube video. Didn't like the chick much, but I pushed through it. Going to try to get in a 2 mile walk tomorrow morning. SO has a second job he does on Saturdays, so I gotta get out and get moving EARLY!!!

I have a yearly event next weekend (The Bloomsburg Fair). O.M.G. THE FOOD. I have already decided on two EXCLUSIVE fair foods that I will partake in. Warm Apple dumpling with Vanilla Ice Cream (which I will share with my son). And an Apple Cider that is FRESH FRESH FRESH Apple Cider, like they fresh press the apples on the back of a truck RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. OMG it is heaven. Other than that, I'm going to try to keep to my WOE, but I'm not going to beat myself up if I slip a little, it is a special occasion after all. The only thing I will complexly deny myself is SODA. I know it is a special "once a year occasion", but I cannot control myself where soda (especially Pepsi) is concerned. I'm really trying to push myself to be in the 170's by next Friday. 3lbs or so, I think I can manage it.

They also have an amazing beef jerky stand and I will be bringing home TONS of it. Venison jerky, fish jerky, beef, pork, teriyaki, smoked, beef sticks, honey glazed, salt & pepper, pepper, wasabi, and so many more.

Good plan on the fair coming up. So far, yours is the first butt pic I've seen posted on here. This inspires me to post one. You are doing great! 👍👏👏👏
