tried the carrington farm liquid coconut oil in bullet proof coffee this morning (MCT) well i had a good purge!!! haha
all inall a good day . out and about nothing particulary productive. fell pretty good. sticking with the program weight coming off slowly but by the book i should loose more .hope to get to 25% body fat eventually i think
151.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
