A respectful, 9/11 to our community! Prayers to the victims of 9/11 today! I am pondering how to approach my body fitness, as I begin to prepare for my surgery in October. I may continue my weightlifting, but discontinue my running until the surgery, and let my body reinvigorate itself. I do continue to feel a tiredness. We are going to see Fluffy the comedian at the Fair, tonight. Reminds me, many years back, of how I would see George Lopez, when he played the Ice House, in Pasadena, often. Have a peaceful, respectful day, everyone!

My friends just saw Fluffy the other night. They loved him. Good luck with your surgery and prayers for a healthy and speedy recovery.

After googling I found the answer and after trial and error I managed to do it. So for those members who have the same problem ,go to this link. It is quite easy .
