oh well. still back and fourth a couple of lbs. trying to adjust my micros and no diet pepsi. up my water intake . continue ketosis. not energetic , wish i could sleep better. have used cpap for a few years .
i've lost a good bit of weight fs does not reflect it completely as i lost some before logging with fs. total about 72 lbs since starting this journey starting december of 2015 . that makes me happy but still have a bit more as the # show me at 30% fat. i'd like to be around 27% . legs pretty skinny , arms kinda skinny but some floppy bat wings, butt is just gone (haha) but abdomen is blubbery :( . saying all this; i'm nearly 70yrs old . ok ok ; my message here is o hope that young ladies out there get a handle on their weight while their skin is still elastic. God knows it's HARD with work and young families. you put everyone first before yourself. PLEASE,PLEASE love yourself. jobs may come and go; children grow up and live their own lives (hopefully) and unfortunatly relationships may not last forever. But ; you will ALWAYS be with you so ; love yourself. take care of yourself.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

What a beautiful post, Kathleen. I'm 66 yo and lost 60 + since January. I am having the same sagging issues. Knew I would going into this. Sleeves and pants are going to be my best friends. Your gentle reminder to our younger sisters is such an important message. ( men too) God bless you on your journey. Loving "self" only glorifies Gods creation.
