No snacks after dinner (and over weekend) since Thursday; 3 more days of this to prove to myself I can be disciplined for a whole week. It's good to know that I can resist again.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good on you and congratulations. Discipline is a common battle. Hang in there the numbers won't always read as you would like but you have taken the first big step
