I'm prepared to start again Thank you Jesus my eating over the holdiay was a stress binge too too many sweets. Going to Florida in 4 weeks I will be prepared
150.0 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
