happy saturday.
up and moving,tending to roses etc, birds and squirrls seem hungrier . really cleaning out the 4 feeders. at least the lawn front and back mowed. dad to do it in stages. good for atleast a week haha. ya know ; i tried one of those neoprene sweat belts. OMG it felt great on , good support . no ontercostal pain ,BUT THE ITCH it lasted for days HORRABLE !!!!
no rash , has anyone else experienced this ???
