slow loss but a loss anyway. continue lchf . have to say , that after one is keto adapted its not that hard to maintain. on those occasionaloccasions that i falloff the wagon it does take me maybe a week to get right again. started to take one niacin a day as i had read good things about it. don't kno if it is a coincidence or not but have felt energized since i started it. anyone else take niacin??
been doing lots of yard work lately things growing due to torrential evening rains that last 30 minutes here
164.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good to see you're coming down. I had a friend who was supposed to take niacin for something or other, I can't remember. He would get flushes that's weren't comfortable at least once a day. I don't know if that was because of the dosage or not.
