slow loss but a loss anyway. continue lchf . have to say , that after one is keto adapted its not that hard to maintain. on those occasionaloccasions that i falloff the wagon it does take me maybe a week to get right again. started to take one niacin a day as i had read good things about it. don't kno if it is a coincidence or not but have felt energized since i started it. anyone else take niacin?? been doing lots of yard work lately things growing due to torrential evening rains that last 30 minutes here

Good to see you're coming down. I had a friend who was supposed to take niacin for something or other, I can't remember. He would get flushes that's weren't comfortable at least once a day. I don't know if that was because of the dosage or not.
