Like corn, soy is in a ton of things. I think like anything it's about moderation.

Worse yet, a very high percentage of soy is GMO.

I had breast cancer a few years ago so I stay away from soy because of the hormone effects. They put soy in so many things these days in order to up the protein count. Another reason to stay away from processed foods.

Yep yep yep! Between the phyto-estrogen and the GMO, it's pretty bad. The only soy that's at all beneficial, and even that is shaky, is fermented, like soy sauce or natto.

Interesting to note. Thanks! BTW the veggie burgers Laura Vitale (Youtube) makes do not have soy and are soo nutritious.
