Saw the rounds of Dr's yesterday and this morning. Have an all purpose dress for these visits to make dressing & undressing easier. Having to disrobe so many times in one day has left me wondering why we have to dress to go to the Doctors office at all. Every one comes in their bathrobes and it would be so much easier.
293.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 128.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
