Do not be hard on yourself. Even when you follow your eating plan, there will be days when your weight loss is less than expected. Just hang in there, enjoy your food, enjoy your activities, and try to find your sustainable way of living. Have a great weekend.

The only factor that I find to be consistent is dips and stalls; for me - never a steady drop.

That's a win. It ebbs and flows. No worries. The trend is all that matters and yours is good.

As Warren always says, green arrow down is good! As others have noted, there will be days when you see little or no loss, but stick with it and you will see results. Remember, slow and steady!!!

You are setting yourself up for the next drop. Sometimes they sneak up on you. Some here attribute that to a water whoosh phenomenon. Consider how many people come here bemoaning increases, be grateful for and proud of your decrease, and don't allow discouragement to prevent you from staying the course. Happy Canada Day!

Same, do 18:6 Fasting. Get all your food eaten in a 6 hour window. Or 16:8 if you cant hack the 18:6. The weight loss will increase.

That's 2 sticks of butter/fat off your body. That's awesome. All those little losses add up to one big one. Just keep going.

THANKS everyone :-) Yes, a loss is a loss, and I should probably not get myself all twisted out of shape like that, but I was pretty irritated. I left to go to a family reunion for a few days on the farm, and ate (mostly) sensibly, but we walked through fields and spent a lot of time running with the dogs/kids, so while I didn't track, and without question ate too much banana bread and carrot cake, I don't feel badly about the weekend. I'll just keep at it.
