hopfully i'm through the plateau and can continue my journey of weight loss.
sticking with it. but to be honest , this hflc diet/ life style really is the easiest plan i've ever found to stick with ever. with adequate fats and ketosis i really do not feel deprived and only occasionally feeltempted to go off program.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
