well it seems that keeping my calorie intake at the recomended 1300 does not work for me . guess i'll haveto keep it a bit lower. maybe 1000 . more experimentation in order i guess.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

at 1300 you still had a loss which is always good news.. Be careful how low you go or might risk going into starvation mode.

Yea, it looked like it was working. You lost! You should read the Biggest Loser article about how they followed them after the show. Many put weight back on because the their calories were too low while losing. Maybe try caloric cycling. You can have higher and lower days to keep your metabolism up.
