well.it' s a new month begins. let's see how it goes. have tried to up my calories as suggested, so far that has not worked. i'm on LCHF diet, and have lost about 10lbs/ month. but lately ,very slow going .seems that fat on arms going (yeah) cloths are looser but, abdomen still blubbery. I do move better and stamina is improved even though ,i still get that stitch in my left side (chest xray normal) and i take magnesium for muscle cramps. also use nosalt and potassium is normal. with all that; i'm sticking with it. need to rejoice in the progress that i have already achieved and develope a little more patients. and that is hard for me as i am kinda want it all yesterday person . afterall; thats the american way, isn't it?? wish me luck
