watched a very interesting vidio about ketogenic diet and cancer: Dr. Mercola and Dr. D'Agostino on Ketogenic Diet - YouTube learned alot. kind of technical but seemed very valid . with scientific back up
179.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
