So, eating whatever I want while continuing to exercise is not going to simply maintain my weight. I need to stop rewarding myself for getting to my goal before I blow up again.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
