Well I gained a pound. Not sure where that came from I'm following everything as I'm supposed to. I guess it's to be expected. I'm feeling much better today and I'm starting to get a lot more energy! Go Me!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
