other then a 2 day blow out I am disappointed in no lose... It was hard work and nothing to show for it... WTF??? I always thought the first week is the biggest loss
330.7 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 121.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
