i was soo hungry that at 2am i woke up and had a hardboild egg. weigt down, that's great. think that is first time in my life that i woke up in middle of the night hungry. makes me think of what so many people in the world go through daily and greatful that i live here where food is plentiful.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
