on 3 May 2016 - weight was 59.9 , upperamrms 25cm, Chest 88cm, lower chest 81cm, Navel 87cm, hips 92cm, thigh 50 cm.
After 2 weeks of really trying not to binge over weekends weight - 57.9kg, UA25cm, Chest87,lowerC79cm, Navel 81cm, Hips 91cm and thigh 50cm
Weight lost -2kgs
Cm Lost -10cm

must say last night my will power was very low , but its due to me not eating proper food after my workout, only had two pieces of cheese and a cup of coffee , before my workout I had a hand full of peanuts and raisins and 1 banana, so I was feeling full after workout , so then hubby ate a barone choc and I wanted chocolate to , one good thing is i didn't eat the whole chocolate, i had to share with daughter.

I have about 3 weeks till my next MTB race , on that wkn I'm letting my hair lose,we are going away for the weekend and I want to have of all the nice/ bad stuff that the place have/has to offer.

127.6 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 30.9 lb a week

thank you girls - lets hope i keep this up , have a party tonight and was informed there will only be cake , so My plan is , 16:8 today , eat my lunch at 12:00 , two pieces of chicken , half a squash and once circle of butternut , made everything in my braai pan with little coconut oil as the fat of chicken was still on, I only remove the fat afterwards as I can't down skin stuff. have a apple for afternoon snack, drinking lots of water during the day,exercise after work, at the party I will have cake but I will only have once slice maybe two if its carrot cake thats my fav.hahaha and I will have tea, gonna eat slow , have to enjoy it , will drink two cups of tea if i must just to not over eat and binge out cake. Will not sit at the cake table because i know myself if there is chips or sweets and i start with one i don;t stop. I'm really working on my binge eating habits this time, its not really about just healthy eating, but more on stuffing my face on the days that i do eat junk I'm really trying to control that. I'm really G$%^*& of eating clean 90% of my week then mess up that 10% and its like undoing all my effort that week.

I'm right there with u Saige! My hubby says I'm like a roller coaster: eating healthy one minute and going off the deep end, the next :-/ It's a brain pattern of lifestyle habbit that has to be broken and re-routed!! We'll get there!! Strongs to u and hope it went well!

hahah your hubby sounds just like mine, but mine is on the scale daily, lol just like a girl . But he is in the same boat like myself just don't want to admit it, he also lost about 20-22 kgs about 4-5 years ago , but the same like me we eat clean during the week and wkns we mess up, he sometimes more than me , but then it takes him 2 days to lose that 2kgs gain and it takes me like the whole week to lose that 2kgs. Its like we have maintain losing all the weight for the past 5 years and we happy with our current weight but we would like to achieve more but that darn weekends just mess it up so quick. lol and you also know doing long distances of cardio , bike or run, you are hungry all the time afterwards, then the brain will say ag saige you did 80km on the bike that packed of chips is nothing , then after that its the chocs, the foods .
