Yesterday went as expected held out till the end and then shoved food in my face like I had never seen it before. But a good loss. Going to try this again on Tuesday and hope for more discipline from myself. It's odd, on HCG people could put any kind of food in front of me and I was never even tempted, bit during the fast yesterday everything, even things that I knew would taste awful were hard to pass up. Interesting...
220.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
