Weight'd in at 217.6 with my gut at 38.2 in yesterday. Have been pretty consistent most the week. I've been able to structure my day to make following the diet a lot easier. I usually skip breakfast then have a protein shake during my lunch break. Then after school, for dinner, I eat about 80-90% of my calories.

last night went to olive garden and went carb crazy. Wasn't intentional but it happened. No apparent weight increase this morning tho. But I guess I spent my cheat day for the week ;(

217.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
