Day 5 of trying the 16:8 way of eating - can't wait to see if I've lost any kgs or cm, this will be my 2nd week of eating clean ,and planing my cheat meals. This month is full of birthdays so I will have to plan and keep to minimum when I do eat Junk, I'm really tired of feeling bad after weekends of bad eating.
132.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Take it week by week, and you will see that way you should be motivated to stick to what you set out to do. I know it is not always easy, but with time it does become a little easier. Just persevere and before you know it you where you want to be. Strong's Rooting for you
