well; cut out my diet soda and keeping my protein under 70gm along with scant carb andcalories 1000 , see if that breaks this plateau. oh yess walked too. this is not fun; but necessary i guess. put new batteries in the scale , that didn't help. haha
188.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
