all you can eat buffet n holiday liytle alcohol. could have been alot worse. will be getting back on. decided have holiday off and enjoy it. was worth every lb gained :)
156.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
