Truth time, I bought keto sticks and I only have a trace of ketosis. I must be insulin resistant. So now I am adding calorie restriction in addition to 80% of my calories coming from fat. It is troubling that I am not really in Ketosis. I also didn't have any wine last night as I realize finally that the alcohol, not much but 3 to 4 times per week was perhaps hindering the ketosis I so very much want and need.
Game face on.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ketostix sometimes don't tell the whole story, so don't let them fool you! If you are losing weight and have been doing low carb awhile, the colors can fade out. Atkins says this in one of HIS books (not the new books by his successors). It's true that alcohol will disrupt fat burning though, so cutting back will help.

I agree - ketostix only show what is in urine and that is not always accurate

I drank a hot tea with butter today, and water. I took a ketostix exam just now at 3:20 finally it's dark pink. This was encouraging.
