really tired today , need my coffee. didn't eat much yesterday as had a GI thing yesterday. son had it over the weekend much worse. kept hydrated anyway.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
