The scale was up and down like a yoyo this week. Yesterday was actually my weigh in day, but busy busy, no time for the computer. This mornings weight was back up again and I really don't know why. I have been reading about intermittent fasting, I may try it.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Intermittent fasting just means shortening the window of eating solid foods. SO, you might eat between 11:00am and 7:00pm and then do water or tea the rest of the time. I like it!
