Happy Monday to every FatSecret participant! It's a Vegas travel day, and I am hoping not to jinx myself, but in over 100 trips, I have never gotten a speeding ticket. I am very proud of that record, especially considering that my 2014 Honda can really fly. I haven't even broken 30k miles on it yet. We will stop off at Peggy Sue's Diner for breakfast, and John has chosen a bar already, but I promised Misty to make good choices, lol so I am going to try and play a fast one on John, and virtually not drink. Have a great day everyone.

Warren's Diet tips of the Day: Probably, the most difficult thing to do is diet on vacation. I am going to try and skip as many meals as possible, and buy water. So are bananas better for our diet than we think?
