Just got on the scale this morning ouch I think most of the weight is from the margritas and popcorn and donuts, pumpkin bread I had over the weekend. I'm on a fast today and tomorrow just vegetables no meat and yogurt as my dairy no cheese, bread or sweets. I do not want to repeat last year
149.0 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
