blaa , my scale seems to be stuck again. slow going, got plenty of exersize yesterday,stayed low carb. but anyway close are getting looser. keep imagining that one of these days 10lbs will be magically gone. i can wish can't i??
199.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

ya i'm hanging in there. had to go to the dr's today. i've been having pain on my left side in the area of ribs. it gets worse with activity and in general has been getting worse over ythe past 3 weeks. at first thought it was just a "stich" with my activity . now don't think so. with dr poking around it really seems to be the rib . so got xray and will take aleive twice a day . maybe "intercostal neuralgia" see how it goes. anyway have an excuse not to work out too much haha

I saw something posted on facebook the other day and your post brings it to mind...."Wouldn't it be great if we could toss ourselves in the dryer for ten minutes and come out two sizes smaller and wrinkle free?" LOL, hang in there Kathleen, there's a light at the end of the tunnel just keep walking!
