1640 kcal Fat: 65.93g | Prot: 61.30g | Carb: 207.78g.   Breakfast: Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, McCann's Instant Irish Oatmeal - Maple and Brown Sugar. Lunch: Freschetta Naturally Rising Crust Signature Pepperoni Pizza, Balsamic Vinegar, Grimmway Farms Shredded Carrots, radish, onion, cucumber, celery, mixed salad. Dinner: Reddi-wip Original Whipped Light Cream, Strawberries, Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Egg, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Beef Ribs (Whole, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: Cadbury's Mini Eggs Milk Chocolate, Smartfood Delight White Cheddar Popcorn. more...
