geez.... today is going harder than I expected.... flip I'm hungry... but I know it's a state of mind.... Gotta fight the good fight and results will come.... no I'm not starving myself, but am trying to eat just enough to fuel my body.... I think the RDI of 2000 is a bit high for that gains/losses I wanna see so I've mentally halved it.... here's to another cup of rooibos to see me through the hunger pangs....
