losing 0.3 lb a week

Had a few days where nothing happened even though I'm still being " good " ! Today a minor breakthrough , back on the losing trail !Yay ! Over halfway now, don't miss alcohol one little bit and feeling good :) Realise alcohol is habit forming, ie home from work , glass of wine.....But , break the cycle ( about 4-5 days in a row,) don't miss it one bit, replaced it with various green/herbal tea's.:)
