i'm tired of being fat

ya it actually is easier for me carbs etc are to me what alchohol is to an alcoholic; used to smoke and if i have even one i'll be back to a pack a day the next day (its happened) so if i go off program ; i'll be off program for at least a year and everything will be undone and more .
