Today I feel like moving this lips a lot . LOL Need to stay strong, only cheats that i do will be over the weekend. Stay Strong Stay Strong.
124.1 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes you can do it. Try stay busy, drink lots of water and that way you find you forget about eating wrong.

got some biltong sticks will just have to eat that , I drink 2-3L of water daily that's not including teas/ green tea and coffee no sugar .Today it feels like that days where you not hungry but you want to eat whole day , will just have to read FatS today to keep motivated during the day.lol

Munch on peanuts and biltong if u have to :D They fill u up and cut cravings whilst giving u healthy fat, protein and lower carbs than junkfood snacks.

Feel the same Saige and I have a tough two weeks ahead we have a function on tomorrow are going away this weekend it is my boy friends 50 birthday on the 22 so we are going out for lunch on the 21 and then we are have a surprise birthday party for him on the 26 .........

Biltong is the best! I tend to want to snack allot when i sit behind the pc working on reports. I try and not keep anything edible near my desk. I hide my biltong in my car, that way i need to get up and get it if i want to nibble... im way too lazy to walk to my car everytime i want to snack. Lol It works. I drink 3lt water a day sometimes more. And i enjoy various flavors tea, with no milk or sugar. Today im enjoying a cinnamon flav tea. Yummy

I agree, Biltong or some almonds will do the job... ahhhh you know what.. why don't you get yourself a Caring Candy - Spar and Food Lover Market sells them... diabetic sugarfree choc that tastes pretty good too only 4g carbs for the bar. Stay strong, you are doing great.

BlackBee I feel you , I have the same party party and camp coming up now end March till April. So trying very hard to not cheat during the week and not to over eat over weekends , as I want to fit into swim wear very comfy when we go camping:-) thanks all for the support and your input
