OH so close to my goal. This will be my 6th 25 pound increment lost 135 here I come! ITS GREEEEEEEENNNNNN! yay
204.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

LCHF Is best for me I am carb sensitive and chemical food intolerant. Upside... my food allergies have cleared up and I am off of almost all of my medication! Only blood pressure meds left. out of 15 pills. I should reach my goal weight by next spring hopefully sooner it depends on my skin... if it is not shrinking i may need to stay above my goal weight till i can afford surgery to remove it.
