204.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 82.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

keep hearing about this bacon thing for 30 days. crazy. well for the fun of it tried it for only one day bacon for breakfast and supper , not hungry. not tired, not crabby. am thursty. no headache . we will see what the scale says tomorrow haha not something i would ne for extended time but if it helps blow through a plateau ,that would be nice
