Tooooo much carbo-loading before and after the Argus Cycle tour :-) , I have about 3 weeks to lose 2kgs , so lets do this , have been eating clean since Monday and been training the whole week so far as well as the 109km i did on Sunday but it seems the kgs just went up since Monday maybe water maybe to much of the clean food.
127.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.7 lb a week

Hi Sage18. Maybe just cut down on some carbs for awhile. Maybe it is also muscle. This weight up and down can be mind taxing. Just keep up the good work, before you know it will all be back to normal. Holding thumbs

Thanks Gyming - the only carbs that i do eat since Monday was fruit and veg (no potato or sweet potato) I've been drinking a lot of Fluids and eating a lot of nuts almonds, maybe you right with the muscle part and maybe just wait out this week, but you know how the scale can mess with a persons head . thank you for the Thumbs. :-)

As Black Bee says, hang in there. You can do it. Just never give up, I know it is frustrating, but everything comes with time.

Just keep it clean. You are doing so well. Well done on the Argus cycle! Whoohooo!!! Yes, it may just be water retention. So many different reasons for 1-2kg weight fluctuation. Sure it will disappear quick-quick.
