This is the situation when one of the entries in the whole dynamics is not representative. I've got a good workout yesterday evening, yes. But then I've got a sleepless working night and some extra meal takes after the midnight, so, I guess, this is an extra kilo of meaty shits, ha-ha, we see here that make my fat percent so extremely decreased (-2,4% compare to the previous day). Nevertheless, today I have a lot of carbs and just a little of proteins. Hope it won't make much influence on my tomorrow weigh in. Keep my fingers crossed.
