And this result is here even though I've took a bar of my fav Corona Milk Chocolate during the day, and a pile of fast carbs for the late supper. I see that I've got to be ultimately resistive first of all to the pizzas, cakes and such, at least for the next two weeks to see a positive result in my fat loss. Say good bye to Friday pizzas.
