been much better about eating. not perfect, but in comparison, I don't have to feel guilty.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Food and guilt do not go together. You are not good or bad based on what you eat. It is about choosing health for yourself.
