I have lost my mojo! The weather is still cold and worst of all the walks are all icy so no outdoor walking. Still doing water aerobics 3 time a week but I need to pay attention to my eating. When I am indoors too much I start opening cupboards and the refrigerator out of boredom. I need to turn my head around.

Eating when I'm not really hungry is a problem for me also. I call it "mouth hunger". Has nothing to do with an empty belly. Keeping busy is definitely a contributing factor. When we get home I plan to find an exercise video that looks fun (thinking "Sweating to the Oldies") so I can get moving while in the house.

Post support for others here, and read their amazing, sometimes heartbreaking, and inspiring stories. Very uplifting and keeps your hands, eyes, and thoughts busy. Good luck!

I find I do best if I concentrate on doing something in the part of the house furthest from the kitchen. Otherwise I have that, "Let's see what's in this cabinet" issue as well! Also a glass of water, or even better a cup of hot tea will do wonders.

Thank you for all the support. It continues to be a long winter. It will be easier when I can be outdoors
