I FINALLY am out of my boot. The foot is still swollen but the Doctor says I can do what I want to do (if I don't overdo it). Yippie, back to walking again.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
