I blame it on Valentine's Day - Can't believe how good i was half the weekend , on Sunday all went down hill , started with chips my 2year old stuffed in my mouth while sitting in church, somehow this is very entertaining for her to put food in my mouth and if i say no she starts crying. lol got home after church and ate 4 slices of brown lo gi bread with cheese and Cayenne pepper and mayo , after that i went to sleep telling myself just before that I'm done eating for the day, well wen i woke up the hubby said come we go out for Vday , this dude doesn’t celebrate this day , but anyway i just went with , and there it was a 3 course meal , started with nachos didn’t have alot only tasted about 3 chips, anyway so I had steak for main with the veg’s , only had a little veg’s as well and I skipped the fried chips , had sparkling water, so then it was desert no healthy option and because the coloured in me came out I couldn’t say no because the hubster paid for all the food, and I’m not going to waste his money you know. so I had the cholate brownie with 2 small scoops of ice cream and shared with my daughter after that I was stuffed, so after that we went to take a nap again .lol on the Bright side I was still active I did a 101km on my bike  anyway I blame that on my 100g gain.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Don't stress to much Sage18. At least 100g not to much weight gain. If you are really very disciplined this week it will be off in not time. Just stay focused. Good luck
