Thanks for the reminder HCB. Funny how I have lost that, but throw a fit that my Tanita shows 2 lbs down, as opposed to the professional one at drs. office showing 4lbs. Guess I needed that reminder. I do feel so much better, and looking forward to my next 75....ok, 9 for now. :) I have to do baby steps.
