Feeling like this road to recovery is mental
I hate all foods and have edged on bulimia for months I'm working 2 jobs and have no energy like I did before staying gym focused 😞 I'm lucky if I get to pump iron 3 days a week been to several nutritionists and they offer no miracle diet only that it's a mental issue.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

If seeing a therapist helps, why not. Your all around health is important.

Currently weight is at 178 and I feel 308 I can see muscles but I feel overweight I want to reach and stay at goal of 150 But willing to accept range 155 to 165

I hope I'm not totally off base here but I've been there and you just need to take a moment to love yourself!!! think about food as energy...just make sure it's good food you're eating and you'll be fine! I understand where you're coming from just take a moment to breath and release any negative energy you have inside...take a moment to acknowledge any pent up feelings you may have...a lot of times any anger, hurt, stress or pain can really bleed over into our eating if we don't take a moment to acknowledge and deal with our feelings.

Hi all and greeting losing weight is a challenge. Let's take it one day at a time. May I recommend books on tape they help me with my busy lifestyle, I get them free from the library or download from library so I do not have to waste time going to the library I listen to them while doing cleaning at home or in my car. They help me cope with upS and downs because I only listen to motivation books. Presently listing to The great divorce (its not about divorce). Last week's book was The seat of the soul. Awesome!!!!!! Very very helpful. We are all doing good. Why? Because we are here.... trying some failing but have recognized the need to change . Peace to everyone
