I was sick this week. I only worked out once and then was in bed for days. I will be surprised if I lost anything. Maybe I gained?

I gained half a pound. Okay. It's okay.

Here are my monthly stats:

Last month:
January 2016
Body Fat 38 %
Fat Mass 61 lbs
Lean Mass 100 lbs

This month:
February 2016
Body Fat 39 %
Fat Mass 63 lbs
Lean Mass 98 lbs

Okay. I lost muscle mass and gained some fat this month. That makes sense. Grad school can do that to you. That doesn't mean I splurge everyday. No. Stress can be tricky, but I have to manage it because it's not going away until May 2017. I have to make it work. Even 8 minute workouts will help. I have to keep it up somehow. It's just so hard when you are working 10-14 hours a day. Sigh. I just need to stay happy and positive!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
