totally shocked by scales 2lb to go :)
154.2 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you will i have lost 68 lb now my target was 5 stone and i never thought i would get here. its taken just over a year and a half but have had holidays, many nights out and 2 christmases but still managed to get here and if i can anyone can
