237.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Took 9 weeks to get to this point. I expected better results but I did go through one week of vacation (Thanksgiving) and a few days of eating garbage which added up to another week. Really, it's down to 7 weeks of eating right and a few weeks of exercising to drop nearly 10lbs.
